It is a modern and Fresh concept where we offer a Seasonal Menu in which our Chef; Arlette Eulert Checa surprises us with creative dishes that vary with seasons.

We work with small producers from different regions of our Country believing on the highlight of products as the main element.

In our menu we offer gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and lactose-free options.

Peru is a BIODIVERSE country and we play an important role in our ecosystem. In MATRIA we work with seasonal fruits and vegetables. We respect the closed seasons of products to be in harmony with our environment.

Arlette Eulert Checa

Graduate from the school of Arts at PUCP and Le Cordon Blue Culinary Arts school. Shared experiences in different cuisines in the world as: NOBU London, D.O.M. Sao Paulo, Gaig, Ibai and Jean Luc Figueras in Barcelona, Rafael Restaurant, La Mar and El Mercado Restaurant in Lima.

Today she is co-owner of MATRIA Restaurant and is considered by the critics as one of the best Female chefs in Peru which makes MATRIA a mandatory stop.
