Arlette Eulert Checa
Graduate from the school of Arts at PUCP and Le Cordon Blue Culinary Arts school. Shared experiences in different cuisines in the world as: NOBU London, D.O.M. Sao Paulo, Gaig, Ibai and Jean Luc Figueras in Barcelona, Rafael Restaurant, La Mar and El Mercado Restaurant in Lima.
Today she is co-owner of MATRIA Restaurant and is considered by the critics as one of the best Female chefs in Peru which makes MATRIA a mandatory stop.
